I’m Tiffany Colvert and I am so glad you are here!
Whether you are just starting out in commercial real estate or looking to level up - I want to link arms with you red rover style, inspire you to get excited about leasing and sales, empower you with the tools and strategies that get ridiculously good results, and celebrate all your wins with you.
It is possible and I want to teach you how to become the person that makes your future self as proud as possible.
Now, I know what you're thinking... why on earth should I listen to this girl?
Well, while I'm not into bragging I do understand you have to do it from time to time to gain some street cred. So, please don't judge me as I toot this horn for a minute.
I’ve leased and sold over 3,500,000 square feet of real estate (commercial and residential) throughout my career without even wearing shoulder pads.
I became the number one retail leasing broker in the state of Colorado in less than three years, and named CoStar Power Broker after my first year in the business and every year thereafter.
I’ve spoken at real estate conferences, been written up in papers and won other fancy awards (including one from the Mayor himself).
I’ve trained and led some of the best sales teams this side of the mississippi.
Once upon a time I was named as the top sales person among a Forbes Global 2000 company working only part-time. Boom! It was only for one month, but hey, I am bragging here.
I furnished my first apartment solely by winning Ikea gift cards every night cold-calling after my college classes. Smile and Dial!
Finally, I have literally been selling since I was a kid working in my family’s bicycle shop. I knew how to sell features and benefits before I even knew basic fractions.
Whew.. Geeze... sorry for that little bragging tornado I just put you through... but I guess what I'm saying is that I know what I'm saying.
Here’s the truth though: I have made a helluva lot of mistakes. None of the above happened because I’m “special” or “unique” in anyway. I suck at math, I don’t know how to french braid my hair, and I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit crying in my car after cold-calling.
However, through it all I have learned that done is better than perfect and the importance of showing up even when you don’t feel like it. I want to share with you what has worked for me and what hasn’t - all the sales techniques, all the marketing strategies and all the life lessons. My hope is that I can truly help you sell without sounding sales-y, reach your highest level, and more importantly, live a life you absolutely love.

Awesome! Let me dive into the deets. I live in Colorado and am married to my highschool sweetheart. I’m a mom of two incredible boys, one has two legs, the other four.
I collect personal improvement books the way an old lady collects spoons. I am a Kygo superfan, and a Peloton enthusiast. I have a degree in City Planning & Urban Development and am a card carrying member of The Urban Land Institute <<< nerd alert.
I start most days with a green smoothie, an almond milk vanilla latte and a spin on the aforementioned Peloton. I could spend all day browsing design stores and eating mexican food. My ideal vacation is with my family in any National Park.
On the weekends you’ll likely find me either watching my son play football or watching football with him. You’ll sometimes catch me on a run with my Velcro Vizsla (the four legged son). I throw gifs around like glitter. I’m a sucker for a pretty notebook. I’ve been known to binge watch Top Chef, and I like (scratch that, love) a good kitchen dance party!
So those are a few of my favorite things (cue Sound of Music soundtrack). Now I want to hear yours! Join me on Instagram, let's connect on Pinterest - I can’t wait to get to know YOU!
