Okay, don’t get me wrong. Eye of the Tiger is a classic and Rocky is a hero, but it is also a little played out. You need some fresh pump up songs.
I believe music is such a great way to get you motivated and pumped up. Music is powerful. It can change your mood, spark memories and evoke a trillion different emotions. Music can be your superpower! I know from experience.
I’ve arrived at sales appointments in which I did NOT listen to music on the way there. And, I have arrived at sales appointments when I DID listen to music on the way.
I can tell you music makes the difference.
Research has shown that music is a very powerful neurological tool that helps us change our mindset and mood. It also has proven that playing a variety of different types of music can boost dopamine, which is why it is a great idea to change it up. Again, even Eye of the Tiger can become mundane- it’s science.
That is why I have put together this list of mega-super awesome, freshy-fresh, pump up songs with a ton of variety. It spans genres and generations. I hope you find some songs you’ve never heard before, some that bring you back and smile, and that all of them get you pumped up!
Whether you are getting ready for a sales presentation, working out, or preparing for a speech, I know you will find something that will elevate your mood and give you that little boost to make whatever you are doing extraordinary!
